Introduction

My name is Jonathan Moye. I am the Director/Owner of Positive ER Solutions, a consultancy designed to help businesses/individuals with their Human Resources, employment relations, people management and mediation needs.

About Me

I am a highly experienced Employee Relations (ER) professional with over 18 years’ private-sector ER experience gained within a number of environments including retail, professional services, telecommunications, insurance and defence engineering. I also have 4 years’ public-sector ER experience within the NHS, including at Head of Employee Relations level. I am a Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (MCIPD) and possess an MSc (distinction) in Personnel Management & Business Administration from Aston Business School. Also, I am an experienced university lecturer on Employee Relations at Masters level and am an accredited civil and commercial mediator.

Positive ER Solutions is aimed at all businesses but in particular, small to medium-sized businesses who may not have an in-house HR practitioner, or where the HR team needs support on people issues but is unsure whom to approach. Positive ER Solutions, through myself, will provide you with the confidence to deal with matters relating to employment/people management.
